Il bluetooth funziona perfettamente , mentre il wifi non funziona . Allego una schermata per maggiore chiarezza . Con sistemi operativi linux based la scheda funziona perfettamente sia in BT che WIFI , quindi mi sentirei di escludere problemi HW . Ho aggiornato anche i driver ma continua a risultare disattiva . As a result of these issues my computer has been plagued with the dpc_watchdog_violation. The computer literally JUST now restarted.

Any time I do anything related to downloading or streaming the computer stutters and I have issues.

I've tried all the tasks I've seen in other posts, including uninstalling and reinstalling the Bluetooth Device, updating my BIOS, rolling back the last update, etc., and am still getting the same message.  Is it possible the Bluetooth transmitter is actually malfunctioning?

I have recently bought a new HP laptop, and it cam with the 8265ngw Dual Band wifi-bluetooth combo chip installed. It initially worked, but has since stopped working. I had to re-install Windows, as the installed OS was in Chinese, which I do not speak. Once I installed the operating system, I had a lot of issues with the system consistently crashing - BSOD bug check code 239, after the 1803 build was installed. This has (finally!) been sorted - there was yet another Windows update(!), and things have since stabilised.

However, through all of this, I have had great wifi connectivity, but no bluetooth. In the Device Manager, there is no bluetooth showing (not even as a hidden item), and no unknown devices. Opening up services.msc shows that Bluetooth services are running and set to do so automatically. I have downloaded the drivers direct from the Intel website, still no bluetooth. I asked the Intel website Driver and Support Assistant to check the system, it correctly identified the wifi chipset, and declared the drivers 'up-to-date'.

Any other thoughts / ideas I can try to get bluetooth working again?

I have reinstalled the latest driver following your clean install procedure at Clean Installation of Wireless Drivers

The latest software I now have installed is Intel PROset/Wireless Software version 20.50.0.

The wireless driver I am using is for the Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 8265 version 20.50.0.4

I know that Intel's answer in the past has been to place a filter on the windows event log to exclude the erroneous events.

However I feel as this is generating between 20000-40000 events per month, Intel should really deal with the removal of these events.

I recently installed a new Intel Wireless-AC 9260 card in my Dell XPS 9570 laptop (Windows 10 April 2018 Update), installed the latest Intel drivers and then connected to the Archer C8 access point on the 5 GHz band which is set to 802.11 a/n/ac/mixed. Unfortunately the link speed as shown in the Network and Sharing Center was only 54 Mbps. My previous client wifi card - Killer 1535 - shows link speed of 866 Mbps. I tried a number of different configuration changes to the Archer C8 wireless settings but could not increase the link speed. I have since reverted to the Killer card to avoid slow network speeds but was wondering whether there is a specific client or AP configuration setting that needs to be changed to make the Intel card work properly with the Archer C8 or if there is an inherent incompatibility. we have roughly 600 devices installed around the world on multiple networks, the devices have 7260AC wireless nic installed. (7260HMW).  the devices all run WES 7 32bit, Windows managed wireless using the 18.20.0.9 driver.  2-3 weeks ago we started experiencing random wireless disconnections occurring on multiple devices.  All of them reporting "limited" in the connection status.  looking at the available SSID's the only one shown was the SSID that had the manually configured profile.  Rebooting the device restores connectivity and the ability to see other available ssid's.  when this occurs there are multiple system events in the 500x range for netwinsx32. This is occurring on multiple "flavors" of wireless networks - It is not network configuration or appliance specific. all power saving settings are either set to "maximum performance" or disabled. We have upgraded the driver on 2 affected devices to 18.33 version, this had no affect on the issue.  can you provide any assistance with this issue.

Hi there,

I recently bought this product which has WiFi and Bluetooth: Asus PCE-AC55BT Dual-Band Wireless-AC1200 PCI-E Adapter.

The WiFi works. The bluetooth does not work however. If I click on Windows settings > Devices it says "Driver is unavailable". I installed the Intel Drive and Support Assistant and ran a scan - it says I have the latest Bluetooth driver (20.50.1.2).

If go to device manager there is an "unknown device" which is the above bluetooth device. However there is also "Intel Wireless Bluetooth" in the bluetooth category.

I have no other bluetooth devices installed.

My computer specs:Intel® Core™ i7-8700K CPU @ 3.70GHz;  ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. PRIME Z370-A; Windows 10 Pro 64 bit.

How do I get the bluetooth to work?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is for a Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 8260 chip on a Lenovo P50. The driver for the wireless chip keeps posting this to the Application Event Log every 9-11 seconds:

On Lenovo T460/470 Windows 10 laptop, ping or throughput latency problem is sometimes observed.

Its network adapter Intel dual band wireless ac 8260 (with latest drivers 20.10.xx).

I got to know by googling that the lag issue is due to frequent WiFi scan behavior of Intel Wireless drivers and it can be resolved by setting the following registries and setting 'Roaming Aggressiveness' to 'lowest'.

"ScanDisableOnMediumTraffic"=dword:0000001F

"ScanDisableOnHighOrMulticast"=dword:0000001F

"ScanDisableOnLowLatencyOrQos"=dword:0000001F

Changing 'Roaming Aggressiveness' to 'lowest' and changing values of the four registries make WiFi Scan disabled completely, then it leads to resolve lag problem.

Does anyone explain about the four registries?

And, is there any plan for Intel to update Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC driver to make WiFi-scan configurable?

My laptop is Toshiba satellite L50-C1874 and the wireless card is (dual band wireless-AC 3160),

it was connecting perfectly to Wifi but after the last windows update I had so many difficulties connecting to Wifi and I've to put the laptop very near to the router in order to connect with Wifi and if I go further 5 meters from the router the signal greatly attenuates and the wifi disconnects

Also when I'm 3 meters near the router I find the internet speed too low (varies from 15 to 50 Mb/s)

I'm having trouble installing driver v20.60.0, or even downgrading to v20.40.0.

When I launch the driver installation package (WiFi_20.60.0_PROSet64_Win10.exe), as Administrator, I the following error that says the installation was blocked:

Please advise on how to upgrade/downgrade the drivers, manually if needed.

I've had a Gigabyte GC-WB867D-I (Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260) wireless adapter for about 2 years now, and never had any issues with it. It's only until recently that I'm having various disconnection issues that seem to be heavily software related. At random times during a day (sometimes having breaks of several days with no occurence of the issue), my PC will freeze up two to three times for about 2 seconds, over 10 seconds. At the same time, my wireless connection gets dropped, as if the adapter had gotten disabled. When having Windows 10 troubleshoot the issue, it generally tells me that "The Default Gateway was not available" (if I remember correctly), or sometimes that an ethernet cable wasn't plugged in correctly.

I've attempted installing various versions of the Intel Wireless Adapter drivers to solve the issue, but nothing seems to work. I formatted my PC about 4 days ago as well, hoping it might help, but it apparently hasn't. I also bought another wireless adapter originally, expecting the issue to potentially be hardware related, though that adapter seems to be having issues with connection speed, almost dividing my speed by 10.

I'm at a loss of what I could do here, and would really love if someone could help me out here.

I've just bought a new laptop and my Wireless connection is unstable.  When I use the wireless network more intensive (youtube or download files) I get an error 5007 - TX/CMD timeout (TfdQueue hanged)  and then for 10-15 sec. the connection very unstable.

I have the gigabyte GC-WB867D-I (rev. 4.3) (intel AC 8265). With the recent windows edition update 1803 this wifi adaptor has been losing connectivity, mostly when I connect to a multiplayer game. The adaptor disappears from the device manager list and the wifi tab setting disappears from the windows network and internet settings. I have tried resetting windows and doing a clean install of the most up to date drivers (20.60.0) and the ones on the gigabyte website (20.30.1). Can anyone help with this problem? Thanks
